Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We provide "Free Membership Plan" to every customer who want to try our services (Applications) for Free. In the event, if you are pleased with the services provided while using our "Free Membership Plan", then only You are advised to buy our "Prime Membership Plan". Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to stop using their ongoing "Prime Membership Plan" anytime and deactivate their bakery from our Platform "SmartBaker App" and not to buy any other "Prime Membership Plan" from us. But the customer cannot request a refund from us as the customer have already used and tested our services while using the "Free Membership Plan" and after getting completely satisfied by our services of "SmartBaker App" he/she have decided to upgrade and purchase our "Prime Membership Plan" so as to continue use of our services further.
Terms and Conditions:
We have only given usual functionalities available for trial period. If you want to use application's core functionalities, please subscribe our application.
User must need to login and register using their actual email id / phone number otherwise application will not be used by user.
Subscriptions Policy:
Subscription will only last for given period of time. If you have subscribed our application, we are not always bound to refund any user.

We have given payment method to subscribe into our application.
We always have rights to change the subscriptions prices as per our convenience.
In case of any discrepancy with the above conditions of refund and cancellation the decision of SmartGalaxy Labs will be final and binding.
